Ignorance is Bliss: The Role of Expectancy in Nocebo Withdrawals Symptoms

I am interested in the role that beliefs and expectancies play in the withdrawal symptoms addicted individuals feel when they are abstaining from drugs. I have conducted one study examining the effect that belief has on perception of caffeine withdrawal symptoms and have two more planned for 2015.
